A Dream to Play in Community Orchestra
I absolutely adore Eric Whitacre's 'Sleep,' and having this string orchestra arrangement is fantastic for my community ensemble. It's such a beautiful, haunting piece. While it presents a good challenge, the lush, chorale-like textures make it incredibly rewarding to play, and you truly feel like you're creating that signature Whitacre sound. A wonderful experience for any adult string player.
