    Piano Literature- book 1

    This is a great anthology of easy , original works from all the periods of piano repertoire. Good explanation of the history, too.

    love this collection

    i love this collection, especially the last piece called Pantomine by Nancy Faber. i am a beginner looking to improve two hands together. i can play the songs in this book, albeit slow. i find it to be a perfect challenge and the CD inspires interest in the music. the CD is essential to me (a self-taught adult) so i can hear how each song is supposed to sound. the prep book that comes before this one is a good start if these pieces are too difficult for the student. i enjoy listening to the CD from both books.
