    excellent selection

As a self-taught beginner who took up piano during the pandemic, I loved these choices of real piano music (in addition to the simplified versions of classics in the piano adventure series, supplemented by the masterworks for piano series). I probably would have started them earlier than midway through level 3a when I bought it.It also isn't arranged by difficulty, so be sure to flip through the book so you can choose appropriate pieces as you're progressing. (I'm confused by the levels: if you follow the grade system, these are all beginner pieces...but for piano adventures, they are consistent with level 3 or early intermediate)

    Love this series

I use this for my early intermediate students who are just diving into the classics. Great selection and enough variety to keep them moving forward in their studies.
