Christmas music at its best
I purchased this book of Christmas music arrangements for my teenage son who loves jazz. He's been playing piano for 7+ years and says they are good for intermediate to advanced players. Each song is a wonderful adaptation of popular Christmas songs; they are real toe-tappers. Every song has a written-out solo section which sounds like improv. They are very appealing professional compositions and could easily be played at parties and special holiday functions.

Jazz Performer -- Christmas
I was thrilled when I started playing the arrangements in this book. I am a huge fan of jazz, and this was exactly what I was looking for in Christmas arrangements. Paul Johnston's style provided me with very unique and lovely selections that I have already used in my church services.
