As an adult learner, I absolutely love this book! Playing these Christmas standards in a jazzy style is so enjoyable and really gets me into the holiday spirit. While rated intermediate to advanced, the Brent Edstrom arrangements are achievable with some practice, and they sound fantastic—much richer than simpler versions. It’s perfect for relaxing weekend playing.

This is that book I reach for every holiday season. Arrangements that are easily mastered but put together so well that they sound above average are hard to find. This is one of those collections. I especially love What Are You Doing New Year's Eve. Makes me want to play Christmas music all year long.
