Walther Organ Chorales: Excellent!
Walther's Organ Chorales provided me with hours and hours of fun and challenging organ and pedalboard music. It contains 2 to 4 different setting for each chorale. Some manuals only, some with easy to difficult pedal work. This collection is for the serious organist

Bach-Like without the Bother
We've all come across Walther's works here and there, so it's great to have the chorale preludes in one place. They're middling quality compared to ol' JS, of course, but well-crafted and easy enough, so that most listeners will think Bach! He does well with the high quality chorale melodies, but not at all with the dogs. Expensive edition, but very practical!
