It fits nicely under the (smaller) hand and includes phrasing, chord symbols, fingering and pedal suggestions. This is a piano style where the right hand combines the melody and chords – bring out the top (melody) note. Some precision pedalling is marked on page one. Use similar pedal to the end. Essentially – lift the pedal precisely as the new harmony keys are depressed. This will maintain the legato melodic line and clear chord changes. Key: F major – with modulations to D minor, e.g. 6/7, 13/14 Form: intro, AABA. Key F major/Dminor There is an optional repeat to the bridge (B). On the recording this was spontaneously improvised. Experimentation with embellishment or improvisation is encouraged; chord symbols are included for pianists interested in this aspect - and to aid a better understanding of the harmony. With careful preparation a professional sounding performance is possible. Ideal as a recital or exam piece, for teaching, study, or simply for leisure.
