Studio staple as first book of etudes
These are all wonderful beginning etudes and are available for all instruments. They are musical, entertaining to play and parents love hearing their student perform for relatives from this book. The more music a beginning student likes and has to play the better they will get. As soon as a student learns their first 5 notes I start them in this. They learn much faster.
