Solfeggietto, from John Schaum......
I can only give this one sheet music a 3, only because I thought that it was going to be like many of the other John Schaum's arrangments- a much more simplified easy piano version of the real Solfeggietto! This one sheet is NOT a simplified easy piano version -- THIS IS THE ORIGINAL REAL SOLFEGGIETTO, OKAY!!!!!! I made an honest mistake. I will give it a 5 Star rating for terrfic note engravings, it's on great paper stock, etc, etc....BUT it's NOT what I really wanted - a nice easy piano version of Solfeggietto in the Late-Elementary to Early-Intermediate piano student skill level. Otherwise, it's just as good as Alfred's sheet, and 1/2 the cost of Alfred's! Careful in your piano selections, I need to rely more on the SMP grade system numbers now, yes indeed:) But, with my Determination & Perserverance I will lick this one someday soon enough I think so:) Enjoy Carl Bach's great gift to ALL piano students!
