Complete Misrepresentation
This solo arrangement is a complete misrepresentation. It is exactly like Rachmaninoff's piano reduction of his 2nd Piano Concerto, but with some sections omitted. No attempt is made to fuse the accompanying orchestral part with the solo piano part, as one would expect in an arrangement.
