Mostly Unplayable Arrangement
Due to the key into which is was transposed, the majority of this arrangement, except for the introduction and the final section, is unplayable even by an advanced group, especially for the E-flat/piccolo clarinet. Too many flats for most of the parts, which is illogical considering the original is in E major (D major for the clarinet) and works just fine in that original key. While he probably had the most earnest of intentions, I suspect the arranger does not play the clarinet and maybe isn't aware of the issues in this version. If he reads this and releases another version in the original key, it may work, but I would not recommend this arrangement as it is because it's not worth the trouble.
