Just a Closer Walk With Thee, Clarinet+Piano
This is a delightful toe-tapping arrangement of the hymn. Both clarinet and piano parts are intermediate level with the piano accompaniment the easier of the two parts. In 4/4 time, the clarinet part has a triplet figure that just dances. Delightful! The piano accompaniment Right hand three chords that 'swing'. The left hand piano plays mostly on beats 1 and 3 in single notes with an occasional triplet figure and a few octaves. Not difficult. Perfect accompaniment to the 'swinging' clarinet part. In the Key of B flat major The piece modulates to C major to end. Highly recommended.
