Jazzy - not really!
I purchased these Jazzy Arrangements books because of the many glowing reviews for this arranger, which ultimately led to disappointment. I didnt find them all that jazzy -- just a few non-standard chords in place of the traditional chords with many just plain sounding wrong. Also, the notation and lyrics are crowded with occasional errors making it hard to read in places.

Great Book
IMHO the title is misleading. Most are not jazzy but rather contemporary voicing. Well worth the price - great arrangements!

Best one yet!!
Yet another beautiful collection of hymn arrangements by Phil Hamm! I love the lush harmonies and full chords! This book is a must have for the church pianist!
