Versatile Accompaniment for Soloists
This J.J. Johnson Jazz Play-Along offers a great foundation for accompanying soloists. The 'removable piano part' on the CD allows me to practice providing supportive rhythm section accompaniment. While not specifically for vocalists, the lead sheets and accompaniment tracks are excellent for coaching instrumentalists, and even singers, on improvising over these classic bebop changes. A very useful package.
