Exciting and accessible collection
This weather-related set of pieces by Melody Bober is a quite engaging and pianistic collection for the early intermediate or late elementary student. It is highly patterned yet still very interesting to catch the ear. The patterns make some of the numbers possible to teach partially by rote for the younger players, and Melody's style of writing is very conducive to reinforcement of chord theory. It's a winner!
