Beautifully useful.
Used this for so many years that the binding has separated at O Waly Waly. I no longer need a tab for this beautiful setting. I should have it memorized by now. Titled Meditation on a Folk Song, it's probably the technically easiest to play, but a beautiful arrangement. Martin's original pieces are quite good, and come across as folk hymn arrangements, sort of Haven't I heard that before? responses. As others said, I've received many compliments over the years after playing any of these. Highly recommend purchasing if you need church preludes, offertories, or postludes.

Incredible
This title is my favorite of Mr. Martin's series. He captures the essense of Americana through these various Hymn Tunes. My favorite in this collection is Simple Gifts which is just such a beautiful arrangement. I have never found anything that comes close to the moment that he caputures in this piece. Purchase this title if you can.
