Excellent Choice for Intermediate String Orchestras
This arrangement of 'The Music Man' is perfect for our Grade 3-4 string ensemble. The parts are clearly engraved and well-voiced, making it great for teaching balance and rhythm. My students love playing these memorable melodies, and the arrangement by John Wasson captures the essence beautifully without being overly challenging. Highly recommend for school and community groups.

Pure Enjoyment with Classic Tunes!
I absolutely love playing through these pieces from Meredith Willson's 'The Music Man' with my adult string group! The Grade 3-4 difficulty is just right for a weekend player – challenging enough to feel rewarding but totally achievable. It's so much fun to play 'Seventy Six Trombones' and hear it sound so close to the classic musical. Great for relaxation and ensemble practice.
