High-quality, value-priced Urtext
As a fan of Henle's editions, and having used the Peters edition of the Chopin Etudes until my copy fell apart, I've been impressed by the quality of this Wiener Urtext. The notation is beautiful and legible, and the editor references *all* of the known Chopin autograph editions, and notes the places where they differ from this edition. As a major bonus, this edition contains Chopin's lovely and charming Trois nouvelles Etudes, in addition to the usual Op.10 and Op.25.
