Dynamic Duo Accompaniment
As a collaborative pianist, this John Williams arrangement of 'Por Una Cabeza' is a joy to play. The piano texture is a rich reduction, providing a full, rhythmic foundation that perfectly supports the violin solo without doubling the melody. It requires a skilled pianist to truly bring out the tango's essence, but the interplay between the parts is incredibly satisfying. An excellent choice for a strong violin and piano duo.

Finally Sound Like the Movies!
I've always loved 'Por Una Cabeza' from films like *Scent of a Woman*, and this sheet music lets me feel like I'm playing it for real! The piano part is challenging but so rewarding once you get it. The tango rhythms are infectious, and playing this with a violin friend is pure joy. It really helps you capture that authentic, passionate sound. Totally worth the effort for a weekend player like me!

Beautiful piece
This is a really gorgeous piece. In addition to that video posted on this site you can also watch Perlman play it on YouTube. When you look inside you can get a good idea of the difficulty level. The only reason I gave it four stars was because I wish they would include fingerings.
