One of my piano students got tired of the usual books. In order to keep his interest in piano lessons, I started writing original pieces for him."Spanish Fury" is a fun piece to play and it teaches several technigues. Getting the tempo changes and feeling the rhythmic pulse in the left hand patterns will enhance the overall performance. My student loves doing the arpeggios so I've found a way to put them in most of the pieces I've been writing for him.
