This very interesting collection consists of six sonatas in Italian style and six sonatas made up of dances of the French suite. Sonatas 4 and 6 contain very fine recits for the viol. First part : 6 sonatas for violin and continuo (Sonatas from I to VI). Second part : " Consisting of preludes, allemandes, courantes, sarabandes, rondeaux, gavottes and gigues " (Sonatas from VII to XII).
