This is a rousing March for piano solo arranged from a couple of strains of Sousa's Semper Fidelus. There is suggested phrasing as well as one instance of fingering (instructing the player to strike adjacent white keys with the left hand thumb). Otherwise the players are left to themselves to supply the fingering:)This tune (trans. as "Always loyal") is the official them of the United States Marine Corps. Prior to this the phrase "always loyal," was used by countless houses and governments all over the world signifying the unity of their respective governments.
