The third volume of Ludomir Rozycki's Selection of Songs for Voice and Piano is the result of more than half a year of archival research conducted by the singer Urszula Kryger and the pianist Piotr Clapinski. This publication contains 12 songs in their performance arrangements, based on discovered manuscripts and first editions. These are various pieces from different periods of the composer's work, both of a more serious and lighter nature. It includes unknown works, preserved only in manuscripts (Dream, Autumn Waltz), songs with limited availability (Stars of Venice, Song of Spring, Vocalise-Étude) and alternative arrangements of works known to a wider group of performers and listeners (Lullaby [A... a... kitties two], Ring the bell). In addition, it contains excerpts from operas and operettas which, due to their popularity, entered the canon of the composer's songs. A publication intended for professional musicians.
