Fun to Play Duke Ellington with My Band!
I absolutely love playing this 'Satin Doll' arrangement! As an adult learner, the Grade 3 level is perfectly achievable and so enjoyable. Mark Taylor's take on this Duke Ellington classic sounds fantastic and really captures that authentic swing feel. My community band has had a blast with the flexible solo sections. It’s a rewarding piece that truly makes us sound great.
