Overture to L'Italiana in Algeri by Gioachino Rossini Chamber Music - Digital Sheet Music

This work has been adapted from an original orchestral score by Rossini. It is designed for recital/concert performances. However, it stands as a great work just for study by trumpet players of all levels from High School through Professional joining the great concertos of Haydn and Hummel.Tempos indicated are for college/professional level players. The tunes are typical Rossini, lively, and the work drives to the finish. It begins in concert Bb but the middle section moves to concert Gb. A very audience friendly work.
