A great way to teach
When my piano arrived in late Febuary I was starting from scratch--I did not even know where middle C was located. Honestly, at 49 years old and never having learned music at all--these books are perfect. I am learning the keys and notes and readin music all at the same time. That and a lot of scale playing has been a very enjoyable beginning.

A good starter book
The level 1 series makes it easy for anyone young or old to learn the basics essential for a good foundation to build on.
