Impressive solo!
This selection is a pupil saver that sounds harder than it really is. The primary difficulties are finding chords quickly in skips and inversions, and playing rapid broken chords without smearing the individual notes. The student should be able to comfortably reach an octave since there are passages of alternating octaves and a few four note octave chords. Playing cleanly a few of the Czerny Studies in the Germer collection is ample preparation.
