Here’s an engaging and imaginative work for developing musicians that has the added benefit of providing great teaching opportunities! "Into The Dragon's Keep" opens and closes with a haunting flute/optional piccolo solo that will leave your students feeling like they just stepped into a story. Utilizing an open drone in the low brass throughout, giving it a very medieval and Celtic sound, your students will be engaged as they learn about playing in contrasting meters of 3/4 and 6/8, and in Dorian mode. Highly recommended!
