The Virtuoso Pianist first appeared in 1873 and has become one of the standards of piano technique throughout the world. For this edition, Mr. Schaum has used eighth notes instead of sixteenth notes and has indicated hands played two octaves apart for ease in reading. Hanon-Schaum, Book 2
5 STARS! 2 THUMBS UP! BRAVO! A++++ Just as I mentioned about the Schaum Hanon Book 1, this is just a more intense but very Doable piano studies book, making you much much faster at piano playing, sight reading, precicion, rythm recognition, all rolled into Books 1 & 2. You can't go wrong in studying Hanon, but this SCHAUM HANON is the VERY BEST TO START OUT WITH, both books all of the notes are 1/8th noes, that helps alot, and they cover all they MORE IMPORTANT HANON EXERCISES, then later you can use the STANDARD HANON 60, but these books here can be done WITHOUT FRUSTRATION or HESITATIONS, very enjoyable books 1 & 2, BUT without any pain:) THANK YOU SHHETMUSICPLUS FOR THIS SET OF SCHAUM HANON BOOKS - FOREVER GREATFUL WE ARE...!
