Quality Introduction
This book and accompanying CD was a great introduction for me to the language of Jazz. Each track of the CD has a sample performance and a blank backing track to solo over if you wish to either play the tune or play changes. These tunes are highly approachable and great learning tools for intermediate players.

Essential Jazz Etudes
This is a fantastic product in terms of learning new cords, scales and of course tunes. You are able to hear the selection as done by the author/composer and once learned, you may play with background only. Jack Wilkins is a master and you will learn a great deal from this book. I highly recommend it.
