Description: This delightful solo is a simple melody with a little accompaniment and cute words. The hands remain in one position. This solo could be a dessert piece for the young student. Purpose: Even though the solo is easy, it gives the teacher many opportunities to teach skills such as, melody and accompaniment, staccato and legato, 2 note slurs, pick up notes, and accidentals.
