The referenced edition was a piano solo published by Manila: Oliver y Trill. Don José Anastasio Estella y Barredo (1870 – 1943) was a Filipino composer and would earn the moniker “the Philippine Waltz King” for his over 100 waltzes.
This piece transferred wonderfully for brass quintet. The movement through keys is interesting - C, E-flat, D-flat, and back to C. This is atypical for its genre and era. I hope this arrangement makes this piece more available to performers and listeners alike.
