An unmusical and unenjoyable exercise in futility.
This duet book is very disappointing. These are more like exercises that are pointless and generally not melodious. I admit that I haven't played the duets with another player. But I have other duet books that are enjoyable and challenging without a second player. Many of them are very repetitious as well.Another annoying feature is that when a duet has the two parts on opposite pages, the second part is on the left. I think that duets are universally printed with the first part on the left. In general, these duets make me wonder if they were generated by a computer. And that's not a compliment.
