Though death could never conquer Him, He gave His life for man,
Then rose again to fly the tomb, fulfilling Father’s plan.
He suffered in Gethsemane, then hung upon a cross.
He paid for sins that were not His, that we might not be lost.
All praise to Heavenly Father for the gift of His own Son
Whose victory He shares with us, that heaven might be won.
One day we look greet our Lord, for He will come again.
We honor and obey His word until He comes to reign.
All kingdoms of the world will bow in that millennial day
When Christ our Lord upholds the right and evil flees away.
