These twelve pieces are each meant to express the quality of the zodiacal constellation according to ancient mythology. The order of the pieces is not the same as in the sky except the first (Aries) and the last two (Aquariu and Pisces). I can't even explain the order to myself, except that the qualities expressed are somewhat more psychological than pictorial. I wrote them first in 1976 and did revisions later, especially in 1994.
