Commissioned by Tamagawa Academy Wind Orchestra for ensemble contest, the director, Mr. Tsuchiya, envisioned a work that embodied the personality of his ensemble while remaining easy to understand and enjoyable to perform. He hoped the composition would be "a bright and fun work that does not make you think about the serious contest."
The song begins with a vision of daybreak followed by sweethearts embracing the clear sky on a fine day as they journey to the fair. Each part draws simply on the feelings of the scene allowing the listener to partake in this lovely outing. (Tomohiro Tatebe).
