The 'Tree of Life' is an enchanting piece for solo flute and piano. *(Also available for flute and harp). It describes the mystical Tree of Life as it weathers the different seasons, elements, and wildlife throughout the year. The initial melody returns as a variation at the end of the piece, as the cycle of life begins again.
The different tempos are offered as a guideline. Each performer may wish to alter these slightly according to their interpretation of the piece.
*The 'flute & harp' version is slightly less challenging for the flautist as the arpeggio section at letter D has been scored for the harpist.
