Pure Joy to Sing!
I absolutely love singing 'The Seal Lullaby'! Eric Whitacre's music is so evocative, and this SSA version of the Rudyard Kipling text is just magical. It captures that 'rocking' feeling perfectly. Very cool
This totally rocks, Performance & Accompaniment Only MP3s would make this totally rock. Instrumental accompaniment parts, a version for combined choir, band, & strings, as well as a Marching Band adaptation would give us even more flexibility.

Beautiful!
I did the SSA arrangement with my middle school choir of about 30 voices. It was challenging but manageable for them and was a stunning addition to our festival and spring programs. Great tool for teaching suspension of dissonance, phrasing and storytelling. You can't go wrong with this one.
