The Pink Panther
Bought this as an incentive for a beginning 9 year old student. As he accomplishes certain goals in his lessons he gets to choose any piece of music he wants and I teach it by rote. He loves this! He can learn more ch harder Music than he can read or accomplish by reading it on his own, Plus he practices his memorization skills and also learns to imitate good techniques. This type of incentive works great with my students. They learn fun pieces to show off for friends and family and practice skills they carry over into the regular methods. This piece is just long enough and complex enough to give the student a great taste of the more complex rhythms associated with jazz and the blues, while still being totally accessible when taught in manageable sections by being shown with the proper rhythm and flair! You can show them the choreography of a proper performance and they imitate perfectly. Fun for both students and teachers!

It is awful!
The way you play the song is not original! That is so cheap
