This work is unmistakably in the spirit of Ted Huggens, with its harking back to stylistic elements fromthe Baroque, and yet it is different from his other pieces.The opening, the worn 'air classique', takes the listener past introspective moments andhimmelhoch jauchzende highlights. In the rondo we hear a striking theme with anice interaction between soloist and orchestra.
