So let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven. The text is repeated with the men joining in while the clarinet plays a counter melody that soars high above the choir. This work projects the plea for us to look beyond ourselves and to be a positive light in an uncertain world. Duration: about 4 minutes.
