Simple perfect!
It is hard to imagine there is a better arrangement of this piece in existence as this one is just perfect. It skilfully maintains the gentle feeling of the carol whilst also building beautifully towards the middle, using sixths and then octave chords in the right hand, before gradually coming back to the opening simplicity via thirds and then single notes. Absolutely a joy to play, and being able to both see and hear the whole piece before purchase was extremely helpful.
