Surrounding the Cello Cello Solo - Digital Sheet Music

Cello, Cello Solo - Level 5 - Digital Download

SKU: A0.1825961

Composed by Haydn Reeder. This edition: pdf, streaming. 21st Century, Contemporary, Contest, Festival. Individual part. 4 pages. Haydn Brett Reeder #1385910. Published by Haydn Brett Reeder (A0.1825961).

This is an all-encompassing piece displaying many fine attributes of the cello: its wide range, its many tone colours produced by one or both hands and the ability to produce drama.
The main idea descends and rotates. It returns throughout the piece. A contrasting idea has the cello climbing and descending tall chords. Eventually short, high declamatory motives are juxtaposed with these chords. This altercation is interrupted and becalmed by the main idea.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
