He’ll invite me to heaven’s home, Of His kingdom to be a part, If I believe and obey His word With a true and willing heart. Someday I’ll see Jesus, With Him I’ll want to stay, So, I must live like Jesus, Walking His path each day.
Oh, when that blessed day shall come With glory, laud, and praise, I’ll bend my knee in gratitude In joyful song my voice to raise. In that day I’ll see Jesus, Behold His smiling face, Touch His hands and feet and side, Circled in His warm embrace.
