Soldier's Fanfare is an energetic fanfare made up of triads, scales, and arpeggios in very basic form. It is in the Key of C with an occassional F# accidental. This piece is excellent for studying different articulations, contrasting between detached, staccato, and slurred. The majestic nature of the piece makes it a great recital performance that sounds very professional when all put together. 2 page score, 1:20 minutes When you are ready to take it up a notch, there is a new extended version which adds a minor key section.
