Loved this book. I have been disappointed with some recent purchases because the difficulty level was misstated and the band back up was hokey. This play along is everything and intermediate skill saxophonist wants. Enjoy..over and over as I have!

A great experience
I have been a private instructor for over 30 year, and I love this book! It allows the student to play the lead voice with a very hip, swinging big band. The tunes are great and very well done. Some tunes are very challenging and all are fun. It's one of the best play-along book I have used, and a great way to present jazz to a student. The CD has two sets of tracks; one with a prompting instrument, and one without so the student can play it on his own.
