Amazing versions!
I'm making my way through the Simply series, and this is the best book so far. The pieces have a lively sound, with good syncopation. Begin the Beguine is the hardest piece to learn, but the best--clever use of left hand. Don't Fence Me In is the easiest, yet still resembles something you'd like to hear--it's not watered down music. In fact the title to the book is misleading, as these are intermediate pieces. You might also use a bit less pedal than is recommended. But you must buy this book!!

excellent! I play piano at 2 local hospitals. Most people prefer standards, big band era--30's and 40's.
