Words from the arranger: As I thought about the lyrics and melody of the original hymn and what I could do with it, I kept gravitating towards imagining a childlike, joyful and effervescent energy - perhaps the idea of seeing all the beauty of God's creation through the eyes of a child. This arrangement could work well either as a concert piece or as a fun prelude before service. The performance time is about 3 minutes; or closer to 2 minutes without the repeat.
