Guitar magazine first published my arrangement of 'Scarborough Fair' but I have since added an intro and outro to it. Simon and Garfunkel had a great hit with this song and it continues to be very popular with listeners and guitar players. I have included the chords so that you can also accompany a singer or other instrument that takes the melody part. Use the outro of this arrangement as a basis for the R.H. fingerstyle accompaniment pattern. Also weave in and out of picking melody and bass patterns found in the guitar solo to add interest to the accompaniment . Full lyrics are also included.
