After a slow, free introduction, it really starts to swing, with the left hand employing a bluesy bass line. The "B" section slows down again for 8 bars, then we return to the main theme, with the swung eighths, and ending with a short coda.

Fun & Different
Perfect Palm Sunday prelude. Short, bluesy, fun & easy to work up. More interesting than the difficulty would indicate. I read a short background of the spiritual Ride On, King Jesus before the prelude. Congregation loved the piece & the background.
